Question: When did people start saying "Happy Leap Day"? I heard that a lot today. Has that always been a thing? I don't remember that from 2008. Anyway, I dig this sheep.
I totally like this and I totally agree--I don't remember people saying this in 2008, or it being a "thing." I wonder if it's because microblogging has made trends like this so much easier to spread?
Maybe it is the blogs! Someone left brownies in the office kitchen yesterday with a sign that said "Happy Leap Day!". So it's also a baked goods kind of day now....?
